Including some sprints in the program is a great way of improving strength and power in a specific way.
@__abhishek__pal____ has been training in Bangalore 🇮🇳, combining some of his training with the Indian national team. He was allowed to follow our training program, as long as he joined the pacerun (tempo run) with the team every Monday.
